Term and Conditions:

Please read these prize draw rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to them. 

Who can enter?

  • The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of The Coconut Tree and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry

  • Entries open at 15.00 on 11th February and close at 23:59 on Thursday 26th February 2026. No further entries after this time will be considered.
  • Winners agree to take part in publicity regarding this promotion, including on social media. If winners do not want their name to be published, they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize. 

The prize

  • The prize is a meal for you and up to 5 friends to be taken your choice from one of our seven Coconut Tree restaurants. 
  • The prize includes unlimited food and drink (excluding sharing Cocotails and TCT Faves)
  • The tab applies to drink and food for dine in only. It cannot be used for takeaway or delivery. 
  • All food and drink must be consumed whilst at the restaurant. 
  • The prize is to be redeemed between 31/05/2026. The prize cannot be redeemed after this date. 
  • The prize is valid for Sunday to Friday only and is for a period of 2 hours. 
  • The prize can only be redeemed by the named prize winner. The named prize winner must be in attendance and may be asked to show identification.
  • All bookings must be made in advance and by emailing reservations@thecoconuttree.com and in the name of the winner.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

Winner selection and notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random on 27/02/2026.
  • The competition winner will be announced on Instagram and also sent a DM on Instagram. 
  • The winner has 14 days to claim their prize by replying to the DM, after this time if not claimed, the prize will be forfeited, and the competition winner will be re-drawn.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative. 
  • The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Changes to the competition

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and/or the prize at any time as necessary and/or if there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which impact or could impact the competition.  
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time due to misuse. 

Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the prize.
